Yes, we offer convenient Flat Rate Pricing options in most cases that ensure our team can take the time they require to efficiently and effectively clean your space. If you are being charged on an hourly basis, you'll be billed for the actual time taken to complete the cleaning. We document our arrival and departure times for each visit using our software partner, Jobber, for your records and ours. This information is available for you to view in the Client Hub.

No, we have many convenient options for you to obtain a quote site unseen by providing us with some basic details that will allow us to give you an accurate quote. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online.

Cleaning supplies are provided and proper precautions are in place to avoid cross-contamination such as disposing of certain cleaning supplies and PPE after each clean. However, we do recommend that we use the client's vacuum if possible to avoid cross contamination between sites. With that being said, we will arrive with our vacuums in case they are needed.

Scheduling Questions

We don’t guarantee same-day booking requests. But, depending on the day, we may be able to meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by providing these details upon booking confirmation or by adding it to your profile in the Client Hub.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. You'll be invoiced upon completion of the job. You can conveniently make payments securely online or in person. We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers and PayPal.

No, you don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments. However, we ask that if you need to cancel, please try to give us a minimum of 24-hours notice if possible.

Please visit our services section of our website and select the type of cleaning you are interested in. You'll see a list of what's included in each room of your house during each cleaning. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a full background check. We are fully bonded and insured with $2 million dollar general liability insurance. Rest assured, you are in capable and trustworthy hands.

No, however, dishes can be selected as an add-on to your cleaning package.
No, we do not currently offer laundry services.
Of course we can, however, this is an add-on service.
Due to our insurance policy and to ensure the safety of our cleaners we are unable to clean the following items. We do not clean human or pet waste. We do not clean in homes or units infected with pests such as roaches or rodents. We do not clean where excessive mold is present (excessive being, anything more than just small amounts of surface mold which is common on interior windows). We do not clean in homes that are smoked in.
